The Payout Reports section is where you can access all of your weekly payout reports. Each report is published on Monday, when provider payouts are sent, and include payments for visits completed in the previous 7 days.
How to Use
To review your payouts:
Navigate to the Reports section in your provider portal.
Click on the payout you wish to view.
The report will display a breakdown of payments for visits included in that payout.
Refunds appear as separate line items—one showing the original charge and another showing the refunded amount.
The Date column reflects the booking date, not the date of service.
To find a specific visit, search by patient name or service date.
Encounter IDs are not displayed on this page.
If you’d like to organize or search payout data more easily:
Click Export All to download the report as a CSV file.
The export contains the same information shown in the portal but allows you to sort, filter, and combine reports for your own records.
Understanding Dates in Your Report
When viewing payout reports in the provider portal, the Date column reflects the date the patient booked the visit, not necessarily the date the visit occurred.
To view the actual service date:
Click on the transaction line to expand it.
You’ll see the visit date listed under the Service column.
If you’re searching for a specific record, use the patient name or service date instead of the booking date.
Encounter IDs are not displayed in this section.
Payment Schedule
New payout reports are published every Monday, covering visits completed during the previous week.
Payouts are sent via direct deposit to your practice’s linked bank account.
"Current Balance" may fluctuate during the week as visits are booked or canceled.
Each practice account is linked to one bank account, and all providers under that account are paid together.
If you need to update your banking information, go to Settings → Payout Details in your provider portal.
