Practice information (location, business name, malpractice coverage)
NPI, license numbers, and practicing states
Bio and professional headshot
Pricing, availability, and services offered

Step 3 — Credentialing & Profile Finalization
Once we receive your completed onboarding materials:
The Sesame team completes credentialing (NCQA-certified), background check, and builds your profile.
You’ll receive a “Welcome” email once your account is approved and live. If you haven’t received that email yet, your onboarding is still in progress—no action needed.
Note: The onboarding and credentialing process typically takes 2 to 4 weeks after your complete materials have been submitted. During periods of high application volume, processing times may be slightly longer. Rest assured, the Sesame credentialing team reviews applications as quickly as possible to get your profile live and ready to book.
