Calendar Availability
To manage your schedule:
Visit the Calendar section in the provider portal to adjust available days and hours.
You can also block time for office closures or personal breaks.
For detailed guidance, see Navigating the Provider Portal › Calendar.
Adding a User to Your Account
If you need to add another provider or an office administrator to your Sesame account, contact Provider Success at doctors@sesamecare.com.
Common Use Cases
Adding an office administrator: To help manage scheduling, payouts, and visit logistics.
Adding another provider: To list multiple clinicians under one practice.
Role Overview
Manager: Can view and edit the dashboard, calendar, and visit flags, but not patient charts.
Administrator: Includes all Manager permissions plus payout reports and account settings access, but not patient charts.
Additional Provider: Additional clinician profiles (listed or unlisted) that can be added to your practice. These users must complete credentialing and onboarding.
A note about supervising physicians: If you have a supervising physician, they may need occasional access to your patient charts for review. There are two ways Sesame clinicians accomplish this:
Patient charts can be downloaded as PDFs or printed directly from the provider portal, then sent to the supervising for review.
Supervising physicians can be added to your account as an additional provider. In order to give them visibility to your patient charts via the Sesame provider portal, they must undergo Sesame's full credentialing process, though they may remain unlisted from the Sesame website.
Unlisting Your Account
If you need to take a break from seeing patients—whether temporarily or permanently—you can request to unlist your account by emailing doctors@sesamecare.com.
Your account will still be accessible, but no longer bookable by patients or visible in search results.
Sesame does not delete provider accounts to ensure all patient records and visit documentation remain securely retained.
You can request to be relisted at any time by contacting Provider Success.
